Quality management for thermometers and pressure gauges are quite important for high accuracy standard industries. It will affect data accuracy, lead to severe production accidents. Thus, we have corresponding quality management for each catagory product. Firstly, we will inspect the mateirals before starting production via professional Metal Analyzer. It can detect the composition elements of measured object and the corresponding content can be analyzed, then we can tell if the materials meet strict standards, ensure a good beginning for production.
Metal Analyzer
During the accessories production, modules and precision machines ensure the uniformity of dimension, shape and quality. Assembled well products accuracy matters a lot in an order’s completion. The first step of each catagory product, surely would be the outlook inspection. Ensure each part surface is in good condition, no obvious scrap/crack/stain and etc. Then come to the accuracy inspection.
For bimetal thermometers and digital thermometers, we’ll test them in high / low temperature thermostat. For infrared thermometers, we’ll test them in black ovens. The test principle is basically same for those thermometers, both testing machines can be set in certain temperature value, we’ll test in multiple different temperature values, from low to high, and record the corresponding result, to see if tested products can pass accuracy tolerance. Beisdes, we will send our testing machines to National Bureau of Metrology for calibration, to promise high accuracy performance.
