Capsule Pressure Gauge

Capsule pressure gauge uses the capsule as a sensitive element to measure the smallest pressures. Measurement of micro and negative pressure of corrosive and non-explosive gases of copper alloys, which are widely used in boiler ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices and other similar equipment.

The instrument is composed of a measuring system (including joints, corrugated capsule, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including a pulling rod mechanism, a gear transmission mechanism), an indication component (including a pointer and a dial) and a shell (including a case, a gasket and a watch glass). The working principle of the instrument is based on the corresponding elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated capsule under the pressure of the measured medium, and then it is driven and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism, and the measured value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft. There is also a zeroing device, which can easily adjust the zero position.

The measuring range of the capsule pressure gauge is -80~60000Pa, but different capsule pressure gauges should be selected according to different pressure ranges, and the disc capsule pressure gauge is recommended when the pressure is -1000Pa~60000Pa, and the rectangular capsule pressure gauge is recommended when the pressure is -80Pa.
